Vacuum sealing tape BLACK, 2.5 x 12 mm x 15 m (up to 120 °C)
Permanently elastic sealing tape of synthetic rubber for fastening all types of vacuum films to the edges of moulds. On one side with removable backing film.

Application:
Very well suited for sealing the openings in vacuum bags (film to film). Glues permanently, and films can only be removed mechanically.*
Pre- and post-treatment of moulds:
For easier release of the sealing tape from the mold edge, we recommend treating the mold with a release agent beforehand. Minor residues of the sealing tape on the mold can be removed with a cloth and acetone.
*Removability and reusability of vacuum sealing tapes when using films and hoses:
We recommend applying a release agent, such as Semiperm™ Monofilm, to the film or hose before use. Take care not to polish the release agent. After a thorough flash-off time, the sealing tape can be applied. The mold should have cooled down to room temperature before you remove the sealing tape or the film/tube. Please ensure that the temperature range for the release agent, the sealing tape and the film or tube is maintained.
